🌷I am happily married, going on 6 years this summer! Fun additional fact we have been together for almost 14 years!⁣

🌷I am a proud Aries, my birthday is in April! ♈️ ⁣

🌷 I am a girly girl with an “emo” side. Give me all things pink and dainty while listening to 30 seconds to mars, Senses Fail, and Panic! At the disco 🎵 ⁣

🌷 I am an only child, only niece, and granddaughter on my mom’s side⁣

🌷 I love educating and inspiring others to believe in themselves while working towards living the life they’ve always dreamed of⁣

𝙾𝚗 𝚝𝚘𝚡𝚒𝚌 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚍𝚞𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚝𝚢... ⁣

In our society productivity is seen as a positive thing. Being productive is seen as a measure of your own success and it is reinforced by equating it to improving your life by adopting more productive routines. ⁣
⁣
In reality productivity is great but it can also become a toxic habit. Obsessing over being productive can impact your mental health and cause burnout. Society’s push for more productivity only deepens the perspective that if you’re not being productive you are missing out or preventing your own success. ⁣
⁣
This mentality that how productive you are equals how worthy you are of something is completely harmful to your overall wellbeing. We need to learn how to identify these toxic habits in order to change them and safeguard our health physically, mentally, and spiritually.⁣
⁣
So how do we identify toxic productivity? ⁣
⚡️Working so hard and for so long that you get physical symptoms like tense muscles, anxiety, restlessness⁣
⁣
⚡️Only focusing on getting results/gains/benefits and feeling like a failure if you dont see any of these⁣
⁣
⚡️Being overly competitive and expecting others to work at the same pace or same amount as you⁣
⁣
⚡️ Forgetting obligations and neglecting personal responsibilities because you are so focused on your work⁣
⁣
How do we get out of this cycle? ⁣
🌷 Set realistic goals and allow to adjust as necessary ⁣
⁣
🌷 Allow yourself to rest and take breaks. Embrace the benefits of resting and having time for yourself ⁣
⁣
🌷 Meditate, practice mindfulness, and accept to live in the moment. Practice gratitude and love every aspect of your life since it has made you who you are. ⁣
⁣
🌷 Set boundaries. Make yourself be accountable for your time, your peace, and your health. Prioritize your well-being. ⁣
⁣
🌷 Be kind to yourself.⁣
⁣
So that’s it for today. Don’t let toxic productivity harm your well-being. Identify these habits take control and enjoy every day.

One of my goals in life is to be happy. It has taken me a LONG time to find myself and to find happiness with everything in my life. The good, the bad, the ugly. Loving every aspect of our lives is essential to our formation. ⁣
⁣
Last year I discovered something I have alway believed in has a name, the law of attraction or manifestation. One of the quotes that has stood out the most to me is: ⁣
⁣
𝚃𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚜 𝚋𝚎𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚜⁣
⁣
The basic concept is that our thoughts have the power to influence everything in our lives. If we dwell on negative feelings then we will attract more negative thoughts and thus continue the cycle of thoughts and feelings. I have been embracing this and have noticed it works! ⁣
⁣
So how do we embrace the happy even when we are feeling sad or angry?⁣
⁣
✨ Find a happy memory and focus on it with all of your energy ⁣
⁣
✨ Elevate your frequency by meditating. Inhale and exhale focusing on your breathing as well as the happy memory⁣
⁣
✨ Believe that you already are happy and that nothing can break your happiness ⁣
⁣
✨ Be grateful for the things you have, what you have learned, and everything that makes you YOU⁣
⁣
✨ Embrace the fact that you CAN be happy and content with what you have. Embrace that you have control over your thoughts and thus of your happiness ⁣
⁣
Know that everything you truly desire in life is within your reach. ⁣
⁣
Now on the same note I want to raise awareness to mental health. Especially that mental health issues can hinder the ability to maintain a positive frequency. Mental health is caused by imbalances in certain hormones. It has been shown that meditation and mindfulness can help improve depression. ⁣
⁣
Both of these are exercises that elevate your frequency and align you with more positive vibes. ⁣
⁣
So quoting my favorite series ever: Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.

Infertility affects 1 in 8 couples or 6% of married women between the ages of 15-44. Women in general, about 12%, in the same age group. Now when it comes to women in medicine, physicians to be precise, the statistics are way higher, 1 in 4 female physicians. ⁣

When to see a doctor? ⁣
⁣
⚡️ Have been trying to get pregnant >12 months in young healthy couples under the age of 35⁣
⁣
⚡️ Have been trying to get pregnant >6 months in couples over 35⁣
⁣
⚡️ Have a known diagnosis of endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic anomalies like abnormally shaped uterus, etc⁣
